Empowerment is the main key to motivation and productivity of an employee so that they can give maximum contribution company. Employee engagement empowerment direct them help each other both for themselves, between employees The involvement are very effective in maintaining high levels motivation. This study aims determine effect psychological on creativity through intrinsic used a quantitative explanatory research approach. proposes several hypotheses with total sample 105 respondents. Data this were collected using instrument form questionnaire analyzed PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis test. results indicate does not directly affect creativity.
